FIND THE RIGHT TRAINING EQUIPMENT
TRAIN MORE EFFECTIVELY WITH SWIMMING BOARD, PULL BUOY AND SWIMMING PADDLES.
In order to make your swimming training more effective, it is advisable to use different equipment. But you don't know which training accessory is right for you? We will clarify when a pull buoy makes sense for you, when it is better to use a swimming board or swimming fins and swimming paddles. Discover our large selection of training equipment from Nabaiji.
SWIMMING BOARD (KICK BOARD) FOR LEG TRAINING
A swim board is designed to immobilize your arms while you swim, allowing the effort to shift to your legs and glutes. The board's foam gives your upper body buoyancy and stability so you can focus on training your lower body muscles (calf, hamstrings, glutes).
You can use flippers to intensify the training of your leg muscles.
FLIPERS (FINS) FOR LEG TRAINING
Swimming fins help you with endurance training. The additional water resistance increases the load on the calf, thigh and butt muscles.
Short flippers are particularly good for cardiovascular training.
Long flippers, on the other hand, are suitable for strengthening the muscles. The rigidity of the fins puts a lot of strain on the muscles.
PULL BUOY FOR UPPER BODY TRAINING
Pull buoys are clamped between your legs during training so that you generate propulsion using only your arms.
In our range you will find normal pull buoys in size M with increased buoyancy.
To strengthen the training of the arms, you can also use swimming paddles.
SWIMMING PADDLES FOR UPPER BODY TRAINING
Training with swimming paddles is particularly intensive for your upper arm and back muscles. The additional, firm surface on the palms of the hands ensures that you have a significantly greater resistance in the water when you pull your arms.
They are particularly helpful to get a better feeling for the water resistance or to train the upper arms effectively and quickly.
But be careful: As an occasional swimmer, we recommend small swimming paddles - do not choose large paddles too early as it increases the risk of injury from overexertion.
